School Bio of Billie Marshall It seems that schools have monoplized a great part of my destiny. I attended Elementary and Jr. High scholl in Armorel, Arkansas. Good old Harrison High is my alma mater 9-12. My undergrad was completed at UPB in Pine Bluff, Arkansas (A.M.& N. College, in 1969) My major was Elementary Education. I completed my first Master's Degree in 1989 in Curriculum & Instruction/Emphasis:Science. I received a second Master's Degree in Theology through CLST (Christain Life School of Theology: Columbus, GA (2001). My last degree at the present time is an Educational Specialist in Elementary Administration in which I received July of 2003. (Praise the Lord! I would like to complete a Phd. in Minisrty soon. I have taught school in a self-contained classroon for 22 Years; worked as a Science Resource Teachers for eight years; taught graduate-level science for a few years at two universities; worked as a Mentor for Teaching Fellows and is presently working as a District Science Instructional Coach for the KCMSD in Kansas City.
