Billy's Story
Graduated from Huron High School in 1954. Attended Huron College (1954-56), then went on to South Dakota State University and graduated in 1959 with a B.S. Degree. Started a career with Weyerhaeuser Company as a Manager Training and worked for six months and then received my Draft Notice into the U.S. Army from 12-59 to 3-7-62. Changed careers and became an Employment Development Department employee on 6-1-62 and retired on 6-1-82 as a Manager. rnia as a Job Search Workshop Employee for the Employment Service of California and transferred to another branch of the Department of Labor in 1984 and retired from the Fresno Private Industry Council as a Staff Analyst on 6-1-96. Retired and enjoying life with many hours of time spent on Numismatics, several boards and lots of socializing with friends including Wine Tasting Groups, Kiwanis, Numismatic clubs, church choir, etc. Retirement is full of exciting things to do each and every day and life is good.
