Billy's Story
Life
Let's see, I went to Hinsdale High for my first two years and Trenton High in Trenton, MI for my last two years. I had a tough time moving from Hinsdale to Trenton being I was half way through my junior year. I was a gymnast at Hinsdale and they did not have a gymnastics team in Trenton, so I started one. I wound up going to the State finals, with a good friend, Larry Weeks, (we really did not have a team, there were just us two dopes), we wound up taking 10th in state with just a two man team....Expand for more
I got a 2nd on horse and Larry got a 9th. Not bad considering we had no coach. Anyway, I spent my first two years of college at Wisconsin State-Oshkosh and graduated with a bachelors in marketing from California State University-Northridge. Got married in 1977 and have a 28 year old daughter that is currently living and working in Charlotte, NC. I live in Grosse Ile, MI and work at the family business where I have been since graduating from college in 1971. We operate a Truckstop in Woodhaven, MI.
