Life
Time for an update...
Since high school I relocated to the Portland area, where I have been ever since (except for one year). Attended Pacific University and graduated in 1998. It was there where I met my wife, Melissa. We were married in 2000. We have one daughter, Sydney, who was born in 2005.
My career did not carry me quite where I thought it would. After graduating, I moved to La Grande, Ore., where I was the news and sports director for a radio station...a country radio station (and I can't stand country music!).

It has been a dream job that has used all of my talents. I have won some awards for my media guides and my writing. In 2006, I started writing a bi-weekly column in the weekly newspaper in Forest Grove.
Life is good. I get paid to watch and write about sports all day long and, more importantly, I have a great family who I love and enjoy to be with.
I still sing. My wife and I both perform in a jazz choir that rehearses in Beaverton. I am back to running again. Didn't run for almost four years after a very chronic case of Achilles tendonitis. Both Melissa and I enjoy travel. We honeymooned in Australia and in our seven years together have been to Ecuador, Peru (and Machu Picchu) and to Mexico a couple of times.
