Bob Churchill:  

College Enrolled at Creighton as freshman in Fall, 1962. Majored in English and received BA in 1966. Worked on Master's for two years until drafted into Army in 1968. Two years later, I was back at Creighton and finished Master's work. After working for a year, I enrolled in doctoral program at UN-L, where I taught full-time and was part-time graduate student. Received Ph. D. in 1979. Workplace Began work at Creighton in 1977 as tutor in writing lab. Taught writing classes part-time and worked in writing lab until 1979, when I received Ph. D. from Nebraska. Offered and accepted tenure-track line in English Department in 1980. Taught full-time and granted tenure in 1986. Have been in English Department ever since.
