Robert J.'s Story
I've TRIED to keep busy, but sometimes things fall through.
I'd like to think that I was thought of as "outside the box" with large amounts of Humor & Sensitivity (or am I just fooling myself ??).
I graduated from Western Culinary Institute in 1988 and have been a CHEF off and on for the past 25 or so Years, with jaunts into Customer Service, Security, Information Disbursment & Teaching Classes at Church.
I always wanted to be a CHEF when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a interesting idea. As it turns out, they were RIGHT .
Since getting a Nintendo DS Lite for Christmas, Video Gaming!! Currently I'm playing Monster Jam URBAN ASSAULT, Looney Toons DUCK AMUCK, Godzilla Unleashed DOUBLE SMASH, Legos: STARWARS (THE COMPLETE SAGA),INDIANA JONES & BATMAN, plus WACKY RACES: Crash & Dash !!
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have Internet Access, Drinkable Wine, Premium Cigars and Great Food to be able to deal with the day-to-day.

BIGGEST SURPRISE: That I've been Married & Faithful for OVER 21 YEARS !!
HOME IMPROVEMENT WISH: I'd remodel the Porch and add on a Hot Tub / Spa. My dream home would be a Hedonists Paradise.
Teacher I'd love to see again ?? STEVE HUBER from Edgewood Elementary, because he taught me how to play Backgammon !!
If I won $100 million, I'd give 10 % of it to the Church, then spend the rest on Myself , Wife and Mystery (our Cat).
My current age is 45. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be Corrupt. I was so completely Judgemental (but kind of Right).
My best friend would tell you I'm "getting better", but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as UNCONVENTIONAL.
DO OVER: I'd treat people with more Respect.
IN 10 YEARS: I hope to be SATISFIED. I'm going to get there by making Custom Knives.
REUNION SURPRISE: I have LONG HAIR and Trimmed Facial Hair (Beard & Moustache).
My first job was at a Restaurant, where I got paid NOT ENOUGH to do the Grunt Work. What I remember most about it is I GOT PAID.
