After college I taught high school social studies and then went to graduate school. I've been a psychologist since 1974. Received a PHD and did lots of interesting stuff in the field. I finally retired from my job as a high school psychologist in a public school district (Hopewell Valley, NJ) after about 35 years there. Recently, I was "recalled" to substitute for two psychologists on maternity leaves... I still maintain a private practice in Newtown, Bucks County, PA. While I don't consider us in the class of '67 'old', I've found it is harder to work both jobs now than it was when I was younger. My wife, Mary Ann, and I have been married for 40 years and have three adult children. One of them is a married physician, another a multi-lingual international health care manager.
