Bonnie's Story
Long, long ago and far, far away ... just kidding!
I took part of the retail merchandising course with a bunch of fun-loving ladies Sept. 69 to Feb. 70, then switched and graduated from KRVS in 71 from the business program. Shortly after that I moved to Halifax and shared an apartment and many adventures with Donna Murphy and friends for a couple of months, then back to Kentville.
Lived, worked, married and raised a family in Glenmont, Canning, Upper Canard, Kentville and New Minas for 30 years.
In 2000 I moved to Red Deer Alberta to start my life over. In 2001, newly divorced, I moved to Cow Town and have lived in Calgary all but 3 years (short, time in Toronto - never ...Expand for more
to be repeated!).
Found the love of my life and soul-mate, my PEI boyfriend from long ago living in Calgary. We've been together since 2002 and happily married since 2006. I have a wonderful son who works for an Oil and Gas company in the IT department; a beautiful daughter who is a registered massage therapist, and two step daughters (or as they say 'bonus' daughters) all living out here.
I work at Carey Management Inc. as an executive assistant and office maanger.
I remember my time at KRVS as a time for growing, adventure and friendships - unfortunately, most of which have been lost along the way. Would love to hear from folks who attended then - or who knew me when.
