Brad's Story
Life
After graduating from Harding in 1970, I attended USC and earned a B.A. in Speech Communication and a MBA. I spent 5 years in the recruiting field then became an outplacement consultant providing career planning and job search training to layed-off workers. I've been doing that ever since and have had my own career management consulting practice for the past 8 years. I also am an expert witness in employment related lawsuits.
After living in Los Angeles for 29 years, my wife Pam, daughter Taylor (now 28) and I moved to Scottsdale 22 years ago to get my daug...Expand for more
hter in better schools and near one set of grandparents. Taylor just earned a Certificate in Baking from Scottsdale Community College and works as a Hostess at a restaurant.
I speak a lot on career and employment issues, and have co-authored two books on mature worker career issues, "Boom or Bust!: New Career Strategies in a New America" (Cambridge Media, LLC, 2006), and "Return of the Boomers"(Cambridge Media, LLC, 2008). I have a strong interest in issues about the aging workforce and consult with a number of fellow Baby Boomers about their career transitions.
