Brenda's Story
Since I left Florida I have had 2 children who are adults now and have continued to go to school and achieve my degree in law. I am currently attending Marygrove in Detroit, MI and about halfway through my battle. I am aiming for a JD degree. I am also a grandmother of 12 and don't look a day over 40+. I keep in shape as much as school will allow. I have an AAS degree as well. This is what I have been doing so far. I have never been married, asked but with the jealousy of my children's godmother and baby daddy drama I lost the man that I wanted to marry which was a mix iialian man who was good to me and I began my quest with school and to continue with my quest in getting my degrees. back. I get disability and have been making it since. I still wonder about the italian and wish him well if he found someone else. I interracial date since I left Florida and have dated men of my own race but was not treated the same as I was with men of a different race. Don't hate me just stating facts. I have nothing against black men but they did not know how to accept a woman that was too real for them to accept. So my time is spent on working on my bacholar and can't wait until I get my master and JD degree. I am also a mediator for the district courts and am relooking into getting back into that field even if it is part time. That position makes $125 hr and with pt in a month time I can make a car and house note payment with change to spare. So that a little something about me.
