Brenda's Story
I graduated from Red River Community Colledge in '70 as a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked in that field for 32 years. I now call myself retired but am not really! I stay 2 nights a week with an elderly lady who has parkinsons and also have a footcare business that really keeps me busy! My husband and I were farmers but moved to town 4 years ago. My husband is also a truck driver. The most important things in our lives are our daughter and our precious grands...Expand for more
on! Our daughter is also a nurse in Dauphin. I lost my mom to cancer in 1999 but luckily she and dad had moved to Morden just 6 months before she died. Dad is 84 now but still lives in his own home in Morden and enjoys cooking and gardening. I finally got myself a computer a couple of months ago....can you imagine! AS you can see, I don't know what a paragraph is! I often think of the great times we had at school in Redvers....how did we get this old this fast?!
