Granted,I did not graduate from Anchor Bay,I still consider it my alma mater.After a short stint in the USMC,I got into the foodservice industry.In 1989 I decided to further my career and attended a new(at the time)culinary school in downtown Pittsburgh,the International Culinary Academy.The education that I recieved there made me even more,for want of a better word,passionate about the busin...Expand for more

Workplace
I graduated from the International Culinary Academy in 1990,and have pursued my career through what I like to call "slop and serve", to the fine dining environment that I now enjoy as Executive Sous Chef at an exclusive private club in the suburbs of Pittsburgh.Hey, Mario Lemieux lives across the street, so it can't be too bad!
