Brian's Story
After high school at Thayer Academy, I went to NYU for my BFA in Film/TV Production. Upon graduation, I decided to try life in front of the camera instead.
Still haven't had my big break, but I've done many interesting things. Just doing extra work I've seen many A-List celebrities. I've even briefly talked with the following (in no particular order): Joaquin Phoenix, Gwyneth Paltrow, Isabella Rossellini, Mark Wahlberg, Eva Mendes, Robert Duvall, Al Pacino, Seth Green, Macaulay Culkin, Richard Gere, and Sandra Bullock.
Over the last 5 years I've also specialized at being a Stand-In. Not to be confused with Photo Doubles or Stunt Doubles, Stand-Ins are never seen on screen, but work with the director and camera crew to help them plan shots. Union films require st...Expand for more
and-ins for every speaking actor, so either they hire me for several weeks for a main character, or I might work a day or two for a minor character.
When I'm not on set, I have many other jobs to keep me busy. The most unique is being a celebrity impersonator. Since college I've been developing a JOHN TRAVOLTA act. I've done various shows, from singing telegrams to dancing at concert halls. I've been all around the country and even worked in Canada & Mexico. I've developed some other characters too, but I'm considered one of the top "Travoltas" in the world.
Anyway, I've lived in NYC for over 14 years (not counting college). I started in Brooklyn, moved to Manhattan, then after a fire relocated to Queens.
After all these years, no wife or kids. Maybe someday.
