Linda's Story
Hi All,
When I was in Junior High, I was close friends with Brigette Keith and Brian Murray (not my name!). We always said that we should have a junior high reunion, as both of them left Lansing before graduating from high school.
In 2013 I sold my business (of 30 years), and took care of my husband till his death last summer. Denny had a rare neurologic disease, similar to ALS. I continued to work on zoom at my library job, leading a genealogy club, knitters group, and a couple book groups. This kept me busy on zoom for the pandemic years. I retired from the library two years ago.

ird Unitarian Church in the Austin neighborhood in Chicago, the Nineteenth Century Charitable Organization on Literature, Outreach, Diversity and lead a book group, and PEO (a women's organization, offering scholarships for further education and training for women of all ages).
I enjoy my five daughters and their spouses, and twelve grandkids (3-27yrs.). I enjoy being social, having a variety of activities, reading, book groups, meditation group, nature, travel. Though my tech skills are sketchy, I enjoy having zoom! It saved my sanity during the years of caretaking and pandemic.
