Hi Folks!
I thought everyone would get a kick out of hearing how my life turned out after having dropped out in 10th grade. You really won't believe it!
I got my GED, graduated from Southern Seminary Jr. College in 1987, transferred and graduated from Colorado State University in 1989 with a BS in Psychology, became a (serious) Christian, got married, went back for more college, got my teaching certificate, and became a Special Education teacher! y older son has already beaten my SAT scores and he's only in 7th grade! My younger son had to be advanced a grade for math from kindergarten on! My husband owns a craft, hobby, and toy store at the mall in Asheboro, NC. My brother died in '87 and my mom died in '06. I miss my mom SO MUCH! She became my best friend, ever! My sister still lives in Chapel Hill. Oh, and I found my biological parents and met them in '00. It was really neat. My Dad played bass for Roy Orbison on "Pretty Woman"!
