Life I managed to be in 13 different schools before graduating from Sonoma High School. I blew one semister at the University of Maryland and then did some computer training at ECPI. I got a draft notice and quickly joined the Navy. I spent 9 years and two months in the Navy. I was at Great Lakes (Il.), Hawaii, Mare Island (Ca.), Philippines, Skaggs Island (Ca.), and Adak Alaska. Since getting out in 1977 I have lived in the Phoenix Arizona area. While in Phoenix I have worked for Burroughs, Tandem, Motorola and now ON Semiconductor. It looked like I was going to need to find another job before the end of 2004, when they were scheduled to eliminate my position. But, things changed and by position looks secure until at least 2010. If I can make it until then, I can retire and hit the road. So far, using classmates, I have connected with a few people from my past. I am looking forward to many more. A couple have failed to respond after my attempt to say hi. Nakes you wonder why they bothered putting their information in here if they weren't interested in saying hi to old friends.
