Life In May 2000, I took early retirement from the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA), now called the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), as an Imagery and Geospatial Scientist, GM-15. While at NIMA, I traveled extensively on US Government business, primarily to England, Italy, Greece, and Turkey. In March 2001, I traveled throughout Australia, primarily to Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, and into the Outback. I enjoyed living in the Rockies and at the foot of "America's Mountain" (Pikes Peak) for 15 years. The photograph posted above was taken upon retirement from NIMA at the GPS Master Control Station, Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO.
