Cameron's Story
I attended the U of A initially to get A BA in History and Political Science and graduated in 1973. I then took a commerce degree to ensure that I could actually get a job.
While I attended university I worked full time at The Drum Shop on Whyte Avenue.
In 1975 I started with Xerox in Edmonton as a sales rep, then spent a couple of years in Ft. McMurray, got married, moved up the ranks and traveled across Canada and the US over the next 30 years living in Calgary, Vancouver, Rochester (twice), New York, and Toronto four different times. ochester, New York our home. In 2000 I realized a dream becoming President and CEO of Xerox Canada. Today I am President of North American Partners Group for Xerox and still love going to work every day.
We have no children...probably a fortunate thing given our gypsy spirit over the past 3 decades.
We get back to booming Edmonton at least once a year to see family and dear friends...still follow the Esks and Oilers...although they are not quite the teams of the 80's.
A current thrill was to have my 87 year old Mom visit us here in Rochester this year...see picture below.
