After I left Balwin , I went to Killarney J.H.S. where I met an awful kind of crowd of sorts, that led me to Partying and Drinking ,..... until that fateful day, at 17 years young , when out of nowhere,... a photographer for The Edmonton Sun Newspaper, walked up to me and said..." Do you want to be a Sunshine Girl?" Well, I tell you what!! I said "YES" of course, and from that moment forward, and for many shoots to follow, I was finally able to be recognized,,for what I truly was... Not Ugly , Like I was always told, by others.
