Carla's Story
In a nutshell:
I got married in '86, 1st son was born '87, moved to GA '90, 2nd son was born '94, divorced '96, moved back to NOLA '99. I married my second, and current husband in 2001, in our front yard, barefoot, with my two sons by my side. I received an honorable discharge from the Louisiana Air National Guard in 2002. My 1st daughter was born in 2003 and my 3rd son was born in 2004. In 2006 my family and I moved to Carriere, MS which is where we currently reside. I am currently taking college classes working toward my Associates Degree - better late than never.

alot of time with close friends and family in New Orleans. My husband retired from the Louisiana National Guard in April of this year and spends more of his time focusing on his music.. We enjoy traveling, cooking, fishing and just hanging out enjoying all that life has to offer.
It's been a long and tough life, but very rewarding. I've come a long way from struggeling to find myself to actually loving myself and my life.
I asked God how to make the most of life, and he responded:
