Currently-
Senior Whole Health of Albany hired Carol Ann Tiberia as director of clinical services. In her new job, Tiberia will work with the firm¿s clinical team to develop and maintain patient care philosophies and objectives, and will provide care management plans for poor and elderly residents in Senior Whole Health¿s service area. Tiberia was previously manager of Medicare choice utilization management and site operations for GHI.

ember appeal processes, and centralizing the administrative support staff. During her six-year tenure at CDPHP, Tiberia has held various management positions in patient care services. She also possesses local, regional, and national level sales and marketing experience in the home health care industry.
Tiberia is a registered nurse and was with the national traveling nurse corps for six years. She earned her degree at Hudson Valley Community College. She also attended the University of Massachusetts. A 2000 graduate of Capital Leadership through the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce, Tiberia served on Capital Leadership's 2001 steering committee. In addition, she is a past board officer and vice president of quality improvement for the New York State Health Managers Association. A native of Ravena, Tiberia currently lives in Albany.
