Life
After graduation?...hmm.. I moved to Atlanta area, taught elementary school for 11 years; married Robert Jenks from MI. I have 2 kids: 22 yr.old son and a 27 yr. old daughter who graduated from James Madison University and is now married and living in Annapolis,MD.. I have been widowed for 20 years.:(( Was a stay at home mother for 16 years, then did part time and volunteer work. I am recently retired from 8 yrs. full time as an Instructional Assistant for Special Ed. at a high schoo...Expand for more
l. I have lived in the Roanoke,Virginia area for 21 years.
Workplace
I have done a lot of different jobs in my lifetime.
I worked at several different stores: Grants, Twin Fair, Morrison's and 2 years at JCPenneys. I even worked temporary jobs at a plastic bag factory, and a doctor's office.
I worked 11 years in the Atlanta area school system (Fulton Co.)as an elmentary school teacher. I have taught first, second, third,and sixth grades and also 2 years in Title 1 reading. I am recently retired.
