Carol's Story
I never particularly planned on or yearned for a traditional life, yet somehow I ended up with the whole picture. Just like we posed for the American Gothic. I've been married for twenty years and we still make each other laugh like idiots (again I must reference the American Gothic). Even though many acquaintances through the years tried to make me swear that I would never reproduce, I not only did, I was a stay-at-home mother! Stop laughing, no really, STOP...Expand for more
LAUGHING!!! The children have not murdered us in our bed (as of this writing) so I guess it's gone okay. As you can imagine, it's a little difficult to describe my school days to my high-school aged children, but they have read Beeflet and been educated about Zen-Zuluism, so I suppose they have a pretty good idea or at least have the good sense or apathy not to ask questions. I have not kept in touch with anyone from my Ranney days and would love to catch up.
