cis (Frank) Oberbeck was killed in an accident March 2010l by a girl who was late for work and passed three vehicles waiting to yield onto a major highway.
We were married for 53 years had five children, 9 grand children and one great grand daughterl I am heartbroken.
Fran was involved in alot of community activities. Served on City Council for 12 years.
