Carol's Story

Life I am enjoying a simple retirement in Tampa, Florida. My daughter and her husband live in Minneapolis and I'm considering becoming a "snowbird." I'm going to be a grandmother in February! My passions are peace and justice, and world and personal transformation. I like movies, especially those that make a difference. Two recent films that have touched me are "What the Bleep Do We Know!" and "Crash." My hobbies are writing, reading and digital photography. I take photos at gatherings at church or with friends and produce slide shows...Expand for more
which I publish online. My family still lives around Ormond Beach so I get back to visit several times a year. I take classes in the Learning in Retirement (LIR) program at the University of South Florida regularly. It is fun to be on the campus where I began college in 1963 and get to see all the ongoing changes. I'd love to hear from anyone who knew me from Corbin Avenue Elementary, Mainland High School, USF, or FAU, or anywhere else for that matter! And I'd really like to find the right man to share the rest of my life with.
