Carolyn's Story

Life After graduation I attended several colleges before finally graduating from Sam Houston. While at Sam, I met an Aggie named Mike. We had our first date on Nov. 6 and got married March 10. 1973...5 months, 4 days...Still together!!! We made our home in Giddings, TX, Mike's hometown. We have 2 sons, Warren and Lane. trician) and they have 2 children, Madison(5) and Holden(2). Lane is now working at DFW and has bought a house in Irving, so I get to the Dallas area quite often. Oh, I almost forgot I have been retired since 2004...taught school around 30 years! I love retirement....really don't miss teaching at all...which surprises me. I love being a grandmother!!
