Carrie's Story

The summer after graduation I got a job with M & P Equipment Co out of Little Rock. They were the contractor on the Long Branch Creek Channel Improvement. I was hooked. I worked for that company that summer, and the next. Majored in construction in college, and constructgion is all I've ever done. Right now I'm a Cost Estimator Consultant for DFW Airport. My family (husband and two wonderful boys) live in Cooper, I only go home on the we...Expand for more
ekends. Pretty cool, but I miss seeing my boys everyday. When I get home on the weekend, it's always a big surprise, because they grow leaps and bounds. My boys are 16 and 12. My husband and I lived in Florida for 12 years, as DINKS (Double Income, No Kids)and enjoyed boating, fishing, motorcycle racing and the Florida lifestyle. Then I got pregnant! Then I got pregnant again! lol And then we moved back to Texas to be close to my family.
