Catherine's Story
I am a technical writer, graduated from NC State University in 1988, with my two daughters. My manuals and online documentation belong to the companies where I have worked: IBM, Nortel, MCI, NC State University, Glaxo SmithKline, Blue Cross, and iRobot are some of them. I'm currently looking for my next contract.
I have lived in the Raleigh, NC area since 1966 and have three grown children and seven grandchildren. My son Patrick lives near me in Selma, NC with his wife, Bonnie, their two sons. Their daughter lives on in our hearts. Maci went to live in a different place (heaven!) in 2007. Zach is 19 and working in Clayton, and Luke (8) is in third grade.

college on a LaCrosse scholarship. Davis (15) is in high school.
My second daughter Kim lives in Delray Beach, FLA with her husband Pete and two daughters, Healy (14) and Noelle (9). Kim is a very successful software sales person.
Since I graduated together from NC State University in 1988, I've worked as a marketing communications specialist, public relations coordinator, and technical writer till now, when I am currently again looking for my next contract writing position.
I also developed as a professional artist and showed and sold over 350 of my paintings actively during the 1980s. Now, I sell them privately. In addition, I have a strong background and experience as a home and garden designer, an avocation I would like to develop further into a small business.
