Cathy's Story
Life
Seems amazing so many years have passed since graduation. I have four children-and two step-children with my husband, Glenn Koster.(Glenn is the reason I keep the Somers High School link on my profile). My oldest daughter, Ashley, is 25 and living in Atlanta, my oldest son, Christopher, is 24 and recently graduated from the University of Florida, my youngest son, Patrick, is 22 and considering the military and my youngest daughter, Samantha is 21 and attends UCF. Maria is 19 and attends UCF also and finally Jen is 17 and a jr in HS. I finished up my MSW last December and have been coasting in my job just because of the convience. For anyone that knew my brothers and sister, heres a quick update. ly left the airforce and is now flying for UPS. Joey went on to finish his masters at GA Tech in Engineering after West Point, left the military and designed a few buildings then decided to start over and become a Dr. He just finished up his last year of residency and in fact was at the head of his class. (always the overachiever) He opened his general surgury practice in Missouri. He has remarried and has three sons now. Monty Neal recently moved to Alabama with his wife and now has three sons also.
Workplace
I have been working for the last 6 years for the Department of Children and Families. The first four years I investigated child abuse in Tampa and I am currently an investigator for abuse against the elderly and disabled. I have also been involved in substance abuse counseling/treatment for the local inmate population and I interned at the psychiatric unit in the hospital.
