Howdy Hi Everybody! I married at the ripe old age of 21 (I had just turned 21 a week prior to my wedding). It's sad to say but I was clueless, and I married a man that I should not have married. Oh well, as the song says,"whats love got to do with it." I have two children, a boy and a girl and I chose to stay married and make it work for 21 years. We lived in the mountains in Colorado most of that time. My husband was a contractor. We lived in Littleton, CO 5 years, Summit County CO 10 years, Sheridan, WY 2 years, and Glenwood Springs, CO for 4 years. I was 26, married, and very unhappy, and that led me into a close relationship with God. I got involved in church and I guess you could say that my life changed for the good. I continued to work on my marriage and raise my family. It was not easy and I stuck it out for 21 years until my children were older. When I was 41 my husband and I divorced and I moved with my daughter (who was a jr. in High School) back to Oklahoma City. I was in a partnership with one of the top interior design studios in Edmond Oklahoma and worked as a designer for a couple of years. Some of my work was published in the Edmond Sun, the Daily Oklahoman newspaper and a few local magazines. My daughter was graduating from college in Colorado, I missed my children (and the mountains) so I returned to Glenwood Springs. I was going to open a design studio in Glenwood Springs, but the cost of living in Glenwood was to expensive, and I just did not have the working capital to swing it. I needed to get a job right away. I started to home office as a sales rep for the Western Part of the State of Colorado. I Rep for 40 companies selling high end furniture and home accessories to furniture and gift stores. My territory consist of Aspen, Vail, Summit County, Glennwood Springs, Crested Butte, Telluride, Durango, Pagosa Springs, etc. I attend various furniture markets throughout the year such as High Point NC, ...Expand for more
