Cathy's Story
Life
After high school I went to UofT for Drama & English. After first year Bob Leeming and I got married and moved to Toronto in a small apartment. He also went to U.of T. After we graduated we both acted in small theatres in Toronto and did Ontario tours. After five years (1990)we settled into a small Equity theatre in TO. Our son Ryan was born the next year. We decided that the theatre, TO life did not fit well with a child so we moved to Hamilton. Bob continued to stage manage for a while until we decided we need to re-invent ourselves. He went to Teacher's college and when he finished I took a second degree in Social Work. Our daughter Alexandra was born in 1996. We now live in St. George. Bob teaches in Waterloo & I am a S.W. in Brantford. Ry plays hockey, Alex dances and figure skates. Bob & I play live vicario...Expand for more

School
I started school at Drewry Public in North York until grade three. Each time my Dad got a new degree we moved. We moved to Scarborough and stayed one year where I went to Donwood school. I hated it! I was so happy to move to Owen Sound. I attended Syndham Central for grade five and six and then Strathcona Senior Public for half of grade seven. We moved back to Scarborough where I went to Henry Hudson Senior Public for the rest of seven and grade eight. We moved again to Oakville where I went to QEP high school until grduation.
College
After high school I went to U of T. I did a double major in three years and then went into acting. Ten years later I decided to become a Social Worker and went to McMaster U. for a second degree in SW. Laurier may be next for my Masters!
