Charles's Story
Started as an AF brat went into the AF in 66 as an aircraft mechanic on B-58's at Little Rock .In 69 went to Utapao Thailand as a KC-135 crew chief.
Left in 70 went to K.I.Sawyer as a Tanker crew chief.lect im 71 went to Caeswell to work on tankers until Jan 75 when I crosstrained as a C5 Flight Engineer at Dover.
In 77 went to Altus afb as a simulator and flight ins...Expand for more
trustor wher I stayed until Jan 85 when I transferred to Kelly afb,Texas as a reserve advisor
In Jun 88 went to Scott afb,Il and was the Chief C5 Flight Engineer until my retirement in Nov 93.
I moved back to Altus Ok,where I got a job flying DC-8 night freight with Airborne Express until I had medival problems and couldn't fly anymore.
I currently Live in Altus,OK
