Charles's Story
Hmm.... Well, I graduated in 1977 at 15.. (big mistake) and went straight to Christian Brothers College (That's what it was back then) and stayed for a year.. Then went to Shelby State Community College (also what it was back then) and dropped out in 1978. Started to work for Wendy's, left to work for Tenneco and then ended up working both places for awhile. After my father died in 1979, I helped support my mother for about a year or so longer and then went on my own path. tting out as a Sergeant. After getting out, I learned a few life lessons and ended up having a daughter (now 30) and a son (28). I'm a Chief Engineer in a Hotel/Casino in Las Vegas. Been divorced since November 2010 and actually like the single life.
I am a totally different person than I was so many years ago when I graduated. I've tried to live with humility and learned about the true beauty that people posess inside. I would love to get in touch with some of my former classmates and I wish them all of the best that life has to offer.
