Before serving as the director of KRA-CRO, Charles L. Kyte was the Chairperson of Student/Consumer Affairs for the American College Health Association. In this capacity, Charles L. Kyte played an instrumental role in the passage of the 1996 Kennedy-Kassebaum Act, which ensures access to health coverage for an estimated 25 million Americans who move from one job to another, are self-employed, or have pre-existing medical conditions. He has also served as advisor to the University of Southern Californiaâs Student Health Centers and its executive leadership, as well as the Universityâs minority affairs departments.
