Charles's Story
Life
I've been married to my wife Diana for 32 years and we have two children; Philip, born in June of 1994, and Annika, born in January of 2000. Diana is an economics professor, Philip is finishing up degrees in Economics and History; Annika will graduate from high school in May.
I started law school in the Fall of 2006... a mere 30 years after high school! I graduated in 2009 and, after two years at Laramie, Wyoming's oldest law firm, jumped ship and started Laramie's newest law firm in January of 2013.

12 years now. Before this job, I worked as a late night jazz DJ, morning anchor on a public radio station, a newspaper reporter and even a press secretary in Washington.
In July of 2011 I was diagnosed with cancer - freakin' BREAST cancer of all things. I underwent three surgeries and five months of chemo. Since then, all has been clear. Keeping my fingers crossed.
It's been interesting since graduation.
We live in Laramie, Wyoming, where I was elected to the state Legislature. I am the Democratic Whip of the Wyoming House of Representatives, currently running for my third term.
