Charlotte's Story
Life
I graduated from Bay High School in 1974. I married in June of 1974 and one year later realized that I had made a mistake. Within a few weeks I discovered that I was pregnant. I went back home, but soon realized again that I would prefer to raise our child alone rather than stay in that marriage. I had my son, Michael Brent in March of 1976. In January 1981, I married James Ming (no he isn't chinese). We have been married since then. We have identical twin sons 22 years old (as of August 23rd, 2005). They are both serving in the United States Airforce and both married their Airforce sweethearts in 2004. John and Rachel are stationed at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. They are expecting a baby boy in December 2005. James and Sara are stationed in Altus Oklahoma. Our oldest son, Michael Brent has a beautiful little boy who is three, Kobie Nathaniel Saddler is very smart and has a sweet disposition. Jim and I live in Meriden Connecticut and own our home. Customer Relations Manager for Bob's Stores. Bob's is a casual clothing and shoes retailer with 36 stores in 6 states. We were acquired by TJX in December 2003. TJX is a 20 billion dollar a year retailer with 7 divisions including Bob's stores (you may know of TJ MAXX, HomeGoods, and MARSHALLS. The plan is to have 400 Bob's Stores nationwide in 10 years. I oversee the customer service staff at the corporate office and manage our Business to Business clientbase. Jim is senior account rep for a company that does document management (micrographics). I drive a 2004 Mazda Miata Special Edition, and am crazy about driving that car with the top down!
The class of 1974 had our 30 year (Wow, 30 years, suddenly I feel old), reunion in October 2004, but I wasn't able to attend, it was the first reunion that I have missed. I was so disappointed that I was not able to be there.
That is pretty much it in a nutshell for now. I posted a recent picture. It is of myself, my husband and two of my sons, Michael and James, (James' twin is identical, so imagine two of him and you have the whole family).
