Cheryl's Story
Life
hi to you all;
well, where should i begin: my first year of highschool was my first year in sherwood pk. when i finished school i thought i'd leave this place and never come back. well guess where i am?
i have had a really fun, and what could only be described as an eventful life, as i am sure most of us could say. went to university, travelled, made/lost money, found/lost love a couple of times, bought/sold houses, changed jobs/careers a number of times never really finding what made my heart sing. then i had an epiphany: life is just plain grand and i'm thankful for all the people, things and events that have come my way over the years.
now i own a small business and a townhouse here in the park and i'm
lovin every minute. my mom, bro, sis and her family are all in the park as well.
i'd still classify myself as a bohemian, don't do a lot of things the normal way. don't get me wrong normal is go...Expand for more
od, some of my best friends are normal. BUT i have become a relaxed, stay at home bohemian, wildness went with my youth. i don't know about the rest of you but i'm kinda liken this age thing I get to be a hippie and a "respected" member of the community
i use to golf, run and rollerblade a lot then my knees went, there's that age thing again it does have it's down side doesn't it? i do frequent the gym probaly not as often as i should but i make an effort. i still travel occasionally, just got back from italy, next trip argentina. and edmonton's summer fests/events is still one of the best reasons to live here hands down. that's a short list of my interests one should always include this in one's bio don'tcha know.
just a quick poll who stopped listening/believing in rock and roll when the 80's showed up?
i'll keep in touch you too please.
stay well everyone, oh any friends of dorothy out there?
