Cheryl's Story
Life
Hi,
Life is good. School days were some fun! In Cicero, I started out at St. Anthony . Everyone knew everybodys, brothers, sisters, parents, and even pets. That's what happens when you literally grow-up with these people. It's like one great, big extended family. At St. Anthony, everyone knew my mom, she made the best cookies...My dad was the coach of the basketball team. My older brother Jimmy played and I cheered...((I'm not certain which School's BIO PAGE this will fall into, so I'm just starting from the beginning. Hope it'll fall under ALL of the school's, but I don't think I'd get that lucky..Just trying to save on the typing.))Who have you all seen?? I've seen the Owens twins, Dean & Daryl, During highschool, I was a soccer cheerleader,(can you even believe we had those???) and I saw them both playing for Morton East. They both played basketball, too..all-conference, I remember..And Joey Oliverio owns a restaurant in Marco Island, Florida..He's doing great..he looks the same..just a couple of grays. Anyway, It was during 6th grade that my folks decided to build a house in Wllowbrook, near Hinsdale and Darien. We moved the summer before 7th grade. It was a tough move in a new area where alot of the other kids w...Expand for more
ere, I guess, just as comfortable with everyone else, as I was at my old school. Does anyone remeber Mrs. Weisinger or Mrs. Skurkis..Mrs. Skurkis remembered me as such a nice girl, and, later on, when her son needed a date for his prom at Westmont Highschool, guess who she called..He was alot better looking than Mrs. Skurkis..Any way , Hinsdale South was our highschool..great times..My senior year, I went out with Steve Kauzlarich. Had a shirt made-up that said," all-conference, all-area, all-state, all-mine" which I wore once or twice & then my mom ripped it to shreds. Ended up at C O D and then transferred to Southern Illinois University. My folks would tell you that I majored in football players..That's pretty acurate. I've been married for almost 17 years to the best guy and we're still honeymooning!! I have 3 sons,a sophomore in college, Adam 19,sophomore in high school, Austin, 15, and AAron 9, a 3rd grader. Boys are great!! As far as my boys are concerned, they all play football, soccer is not a sport, and, any dog smaller than a football is not a real dog!! Not too much testosterone in my house, huh? We have a great house in Plainfield..great neighbors and great friends!! I love my life..hope you all love yours...........
