Cheryl's Story

Life Ok lets see..I moved around alot after I left high school...I left cambridge traveled around mainly spent time in maine, new hampshire, virginia beach, ft lauderdale and daytona florida, and my favorite party town Montreal, (eh!)..lol..and my favorite place to just kick back and relax martha's vineyard.....and for where I lived when i decided to lay my head down well I left cambridge (although I do love that city) moved on and lived in new hampshire; then back to massachusettes to somerville, medford, arlington, winthorp, back to cambridge, and then to beacon hill and once again to somerville..amazing as it is I then moved on to new york state and finally settled and became grounded for the past 21 yrs..I'm ready to move on again! I've done alot of work in different fields but what i found the most challenging and rewarding was the part time work I did for years in new york state working as a veternarian assistant as well as assisting a wildlife rehabilitator.the experience was amazing. I currently work in Media Communications...my favorite quote remains "Life Is a Journey Not a Destination"!...so journey on...(if you want to email but not a gold member you can email or find me on myspace just search my name or my myspace link it rockoncc) School lets see remembering harrington elementary (which I heard recently was closed by the school board, so sad) remember all the fun we had there what a great school made so many friends and had great teachers..remember 4th grade miss athenas what a cool teacher she was..taught me how to love to read back then which sadly i seldom have time to do much anymore. ..remember hanging out in donnelly field on recess an...Expand for more
d after school playing 24 in the basketball courts and beating all the boys..lol..then on to matignon high school freshman year..great kids...but so strict remember locking us in the school after morning bell and if we tried to get outside an alarm would go off.and those awful uniforms..i was way too rebellious to stay there, sorry but i just had to move on..so sophomore year i was off to my public high school cambridge high and latin (which has also since been closed and rebuilt)i heard they merged it with rindge..but remember all the great times..i think i partied more then studied..i know i partied more then studied..remember checking into homeroom and then cutting out and hanging on ellery street..and the school detectives always trying to bust us for we were cutting class..but they could never catch us .no matter how fast they ran..lol..although i think they just let us get away half the time..then going and meeting our guy freinds at rindge tech and driving to revere beach..to spend our school days..the pot parties at donnelly field and when the cops would make us move on those good old east cambridge train tracks and empty trains...haha ...all our great graffiti we had on ellery street back then must be gone too, i guess they tore that all down...and remember all the great house parties, the muzack, the booze, n drugs, and the :) lol..ah, well i'm still lovin' n livin life and rockin' this ass off :) may be 50 but still feelin' 25 or so .. if any of you are out here drop me a line would be sweet to hear from you can find me on myspace search my name or my my space id is rockoncc or email me thru the link thats here on classmates if your a gold member
