Cheryl's Story
Life
On August 16, 2003, I married Jayson DeLancey (who is better known as "Lance"). At the time we were living together in the Boston area and I was in graduate school. In May of 2006, I obtained my PhD in Social and Developmental Psychology and that summer we moved to the San Francisco Bay area to take on new jobs.

College
In college I was a sister in Kappa Kappa Gamma and a buggy driver for Lance's Fraternity, Kappa Delta Rho.
Workplace
I am now a tenure-track professor of Psychology and Child Development at California State University, Stanislaus. I am just starting my second year there.
