Cheryl Margenau:  

Life doesn't always turn out the way we expect it to... but, it does go on, and sometimes what we least expect is what brings us the most happiness. After graduating from OCH, I spent a year at UW-Whitewater... Not very productive academically speaking, but I did end up with a beautiful baby girl when that year was over. I spent the next 6 years at various jobs with low pay and little room for advancement before I was laid off. I then went to Tech school and got a degree in computer support. From there, I spent almost 10 years at the Kohler Company in the IT department. I won't say I loved every minute of it, but I did enjoy most days. Eventually, I started to feel like there had to be more to life. So, I quit my job to be in school full time. I will be graduating in December with a degree in Elementary Education.
