Chris's Story
Chris was born in Timmins Ontario and moved to Jefferson North Carolina in 1956 where he graduated from Ashe Central High School. He attended Michigan College of Mining and Technology in Sault Ste. Marie Michigan from 1958 to 1960. He transferred to Michigan State University in 1960 and graduated in 1963. dministrator in Special Education. Chris lost his first wife, Kathryn Irene Judge, to cancer in 1997 and married Jean Priestley Liming in 2000. Jean worked as a District Coordinator for the Lapeer School District. Despite the fact that Jean is an alumnus of the University of Michigan, they get along amazingly well and love to travel now that they are both retired. Chris and Jean have 2 children each and 7 grandchildren.
