Life I live on St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands where I have been since graduating from college. Post-MacArthur I earned a bachelors degree in social work from Texas and later a masters degree in public administration from Harvard. I have been married for almost 40 years and have 2 children, a son who is now a lawyer in Atlanta, and a daughter who is an art therapist and counselor in Philadelphia and studying to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner . Ellie, my wife, specializes in early childhood services.. We have 3 young grandchildren. We work from home, part time now, in a small consulting business we own. We are both spending a lot of time volunteering on boards of directors. A lot of my time is spent as Chair of the board of directors for the USVI hospitals.
