Chris's Story
After high school, I went to ECU for a 3 semesters, I decided to have fun instead of study. I lived in Virginia Beach, Hilton Head, and New Orleans.
I went back to ECU in 1987 to finish my undergrad but decided to get my MBA afterwards (finished in 1991). It was harder than I thought it would be to pay for school and work two jobs. I was glad when that was over.

I opened my open software consulting business in '93, put so many hours in that I was burnt out and went to Wachovia in '94.
I got married in '94 to Barbara. We tried to have a baby for years but Barbara had miscarriage after miscarriage. We struck gold in 2005 when we adopted Nicholas in December of 2005 as a new born in NC.
I am currently a manager in technical services at Wachovia in Charlotte, NC.
