Chris's Story
Graduated high school only to begin the long torture of being an adult in the U.S. for the next 25 years, though high school was no picnic. I partied for a couple of years out while I started a T-shirt business and worked seasonal farm work. Got to work for a millwright for a couple of months. Worked at the local bowling alley. Worked for a few years as an inventory counter and supervisor, before I went out of the T-shirt printing business. Went back to school in '94. transferred to W.S.U. at Tri-Cities for a year, then got involved with an online romance. Quit school for a while and got married, for 11 years. from Washington to Oklahoma, then back to Washington for a year and then to Little Rock. I have lived in Little Rock since just after 9/11. I went back to school and got my degree in psychology with a minor in philosophy in 2006. For almost 6 years I could not find work to save my life, then I got an occupation. I am now protesting at Little Rock. It's been a fulfilling experience and I hope to see the changes keep going, but understand I have put my life on the line for an ungrateful species that cannot evolve past greed,fear, and isolation. I hope my sacrifice will touch enough lives to provide a future for humanity.
