Life After I graduated, I went to Jackson Business University later changed to Jackson Business Institute, then ROSS Medical college, then the building closed. I graduated in December 1982 with certification in Medical Transcription. I am not working in that field now but I appreciate the experience I received there. A lot has happened since then but to make a long story short, after a failed engagement in 1982 I stayed single or dated until I met my former husband in 1985 and shortly thereafter I joined the Michigan Army National Guard. I married Dan Ronders August 1, 1987. We were married 17 years. I stayed in the NG until February 14, 1991 when my first daughter was born. Our second daughter was born in August 1992. Lots more tell but not much time. Dan and I were divorced in October of 2004 because of 'differences' in our growth pattern--I grew up and he chose not to. Anyway, I am living in Brooklyn in an apartment with my two teenage daughters and we are doing well.
