Christopher's Story
Life
I am "part" owner of a family run business (started by my father). I live in the same house that I grew up in (I bought it from my parents when they custom built their new home). I live there with my wife (who, before, was my best friend for many years), two kids (23 months and 8 months), and four cats.
My hobbies include role playing (i.e. Dungeons & Dragons), collecting and painting fantasy miniatures, and creative writing. Presently, I'm sort of working on writing my first book (it's a process).
I love music. I occasionally play the guitar, and I have a massive MP3 collection. My taste in music is very broad which ranges from Classic Rock (Pink Floyd), Classical (Beethoven), Jazz (Martin Taylor), and New Age (Medwyn Goodall).
I'm a big fan of Science Fiction/Fantasy movies. I'll, just about, watch anything on the S...Expand for more
ciFi channel (no matter how cheesy) as longs it's not a reality show (I don't watch Scare Tactics or Ghost Hunters). Some of my favorite movies include Star Wars (original trilogy) & Lord of the Rings. I also really like films by John Carpenter, Ridely Scott, and classic James Cameron. I have a few favorites in Anime, as well (Record of Lodoss)
IÂm also a fan of Science Fiction TV. My favorite shows are Stargate SG-1, Atlantis, Star Trek (Original and Next Gen). I really do not like reality shows, unless they are on Discovery Channel (American Choppers and Dirty Jobs are pretty cool). I like some animated show, as well (Simpsons, South Park, Tripping the Rift).
I like to read fantasy novels, although I havenÂt read many since the kids have been born. I really liked the Dragonlance books, as well as the classic Lord of the Rings.
