Christopher's Story
Life
When I was in High School, I dreamed I would one day become a successful musician. I don't know how many people can honestly say they followed their dreams, concocted from younger days, but I am gratified to be doing just that. When one loves something with true passion and fervor, I believe their faith will one day allow them to attain it. Through many hardships and much rigor, the day I had dreamed of has finally come to pass. Though my journey has taken me to a place of some fulfillment, I still have yet more than a lifetime of work to do. For a musician, financial success is secondary to the ultimate goal of being truly musical and foresaking one's ego to the benefit of the collective. Expression is the true nature of music, and this is what I continue to seek passionately.

ving music. But while music is very important to me, I also try not to let it consume me. And that is why I was blessed with my wife, Bonnie. She is Taiwanese-American, which perhaps half explains why we currently reside in Taiwan. But it is with her that I live life outside of the musical domain, and she completes it.
We have had the opportunity to do much travelling in Asia, and have enjoyed encountering a large plethora of cultures and societies. Among other places, we have visited Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong and Singapore. I have developed a strong affinity for Asia, though this does not overshadow my strong love and patriotism for America. The 9-11 attacks are a horrible memory that will live forever in my mind. But the unity and compassion of Americans, after the attacks, has also left in me an impression that will never die.
In closing, I sincerely hope that you all have found yourself in a place that you desire to be. Best wishes to you, and may your dreams also come true.
