Cindy's Story
Yes, John and I are still married and very much in love. We have four wonderful kids, ages 7-17. John-John is our oldest and is a senior at Heritage High School. He sings in the choir and after playing baseball for years, now helps coach his youngest brother. Hannah (our only daughter) is a sophomore at Heritage. She plays softball for Heritage and an ASA team. She also is in band, color guard and the AVID program at Heritage. Austin is an 8th grade at Frontier. He is my true athlete¿He plays football, baseball, basketball and wrestles and runs track. Like his sister, he is also in band. The baby, Quentin, is in 2nd grade at York and also plays sports. He just finished his first year of CCYF football and has been playing baseball for 3 years. Like all of his siblings, Quen is a Scout.

l stores for Blockbuster and an airport retailer, I decided I needed more time with my kids. I am now working at Mt. View High School as a teacher¿s assistant, running the student store. This gives me the opportunity to teach students the basics of retail. Working for the school gives me time with my kids and to do the many hours of volunteer work I love to do. This year will be my fourth year as the softball VP for Evergreen Little League and my second year on the District 4 Little League board working with Big League softball and baseball.
John and I have discovered restaurants and clubs since the kids have gotten older. You can usually find us out to dinner at a new place and dancing every weekend. We also have started to travel a little and are looking forward to doing it much more when the kids are a bit older.
