Cindy's Story
Life
Graduated from Penn State with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science in May 1999. Served ten months in the Peace Corps in a small country in southern Africa called Lesotho (completely surrounded by South Africa). Was an interesting and worthwhile experience but wasn't completely happy so I came home early. Lived in Denver, Colorado, with my sister Debbie and and her husband Chris Mellinger from September 2000 until August 2001. Engineering from UW-Madison. Graduated from UW in December 2003. I now live in Waukesha, WI (a suburb of Milwaukee), where I work at an environmental consulting company. I live with my husband Sergio, whom I met at grad school. We've been married since March 2004. We have a house, which takes up much of our free time with yardwork, gardening, and general upkeep... When not taking care of the house, we enjoy biking, barbequing, hanging out with friends, and taking trips to Madison to visit friends there.
